Platform Smart are primarily a Data Processor, which means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which processes personal data on behalf of the controller.

1. Clients of Platform Smart – Platform Smart profile for the purposes of review and associates email address for potential introduction.

2. Our third party technology, including but not limited to MS Azure, MS 365, Workflow Max (3rd party providers are subject to change).

3. HMRC for permanent employees for tax and payroll purposes.

4. Our benefits providers – applicable for permanent employees only.

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting or reporting requirements.

If you fail to provide personal data when requested, or that we are required by law to collect, we may not be able to enter a contract with you.

We may use your personal information to send you updates and keep you informed of new opportunities. We have a legitimate interest in processing your personal information for marketing purposes. However, where consent is needed, we will ask for this consent separately.
