Associate Programme Update - August 2023

With the end of August marking the end of our 8th financial year, we are pleased to have seen another year of growth, with more client frameworks secured, more Associates mobilising on projects, more associates being referred and joining the programme, and more colleagues joining the business.

Over the past 12 months, we’ve engaged with 519 Associates on client engagements, we’ve welcomed 315 new associates to the Associate Programme of which 112 have since mobilised on their first engagement with us. We’ve began work with 3 new clients and renewed 3 frameworks with existing clients. We’ve hosted 2 associate networking events with our associate community raising over £25,000 for our chosen charities. And we’ll soon be kicking off our Associate Milestones initiative on our internal collaboration tool Workplace in recognition of all the fantastic contributions and work our Associate members have made over the years.

As we move into our next financial year and with the recent addition of Marie Garcia to the Platform Smart team, we’re looking forward to continuing to develop our communications with associates and opportunities for our members to contribute to this growing community, as well as sharing more insight into our projects and opportunities across our existing and potential clients.
