We’re proud to announce that Platform Smart has secured a direct framework relationship with London Luton Airport, becoming one of just two providers on its IT Framework.
This appointment reflects the quality of work delivered since May 26 and gives our Associates a strong foundation to support Luton across a broad portfolio of operational technology, transformation and regulatory initiatives.
Our involvement is also beginning to extend into the airport’s data strategy and foundations. Luton’s focus is broadening to cover data governance, scalability, prioritisation and how data can be used more effectively across the organisation. We also have a strong pipeline of potential work, including planned upgrades to the Aeronautical Billing System and SITA AMS/AODB, which we hope will start in the coming months.
Because the relationship is broad and ongoing, we can bring the right specialist capability into the airport for each new initiative. It also gives our Associates the chance to build a deeper understanding of Luton over time: its people, its systems and its operational environment.
