The Client
A major international airline group formed in the last decade operates several well-known carriers across Europe and beyond. The Challenge
After a previous major upgrade, the access control system continued to support critical operations. However, the platform required a further update to remain supported and fully operational. Without this upgrade, the underlying software would eventually fall out of support, creating the risk of operational disruption for security teams and staff.
While this project did not involve replacing cards or readers, it remained essential. The system had to be updated carefully to maintain continuity across live environments where reliability was crucial.
