To mark Mental Health Awareness Week, we invited Associates to share one simple tip that helps them look after their mental well-being, whether that’s managing pressure during a busy project, maintaining balance or switching off at the end of the day.

Using the responses that were submitted, we gathered a selection of tips that we hope would be useful to Associates not just during Mental Health Awareness week but throughout the year. Read below to find out what they had to say.
