Company Update - December 2025
As 2025 draws to a close, it has been a year full of growth, progress and memorable achievements at Platform Smart. With so much to celebrate, it feels fitting to take a moment to look back at some of the highlights from the year.
In September, we turned 10 years old as a business, which, whilst this might not sound that long when compared to other well-known brands, is something we are very, very proud of. Looking back over the past 10 years we have achieved so much, from a handful of active consultants in the early months to over 400 at our peak, servicing over 40 clients in almost every sector possible. We entered our 10th year strongly, exceeding our budgets for our first quarter and on target to do so for the next, and our order book remains strong.
We started working with several new clients, including SUEZ, Bank of Cyprus, Universal Investments and NMBS to name but a few. In addition to this, we have really ramped up our efforts on sales and marketing, having recently published our strategy for each, and although it is early, we can already see early shoots of green from this effort. With a turnover in excess of £65m, our ambition is to grow to £100m over the next few years. To support this, we will be increasing our headcount, bringing on key staff members to help us achieve our goals. We will have a number of announcements just after the Christmas break, so keep your eyes peeled.
Other achievements include the successful renewal of two of our key frameworks we have in place with HSBC and Gatwick Airport. Both organisations have selected Platform Smart to continue being a partner of technology services for the next 5 years. This is a testament to our continued high quality delivery provided by our Associates and Account Team.
As we said at the outset of this update, we are fast approaching Christmas and would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of our fantastic staff and associates for all of the efforts they put in all year long, and of course wish you and your families a fantastic Christmas and some well-deserved downtime.
